The approach centers on creating safe, attuned spaces where healing unfolds organically. Drawing from NARM and BCST, Resonant Touch developed as a way to integrate verbal and non-verbal therapeutic approaches. It is grounded in the embodied recognition that we are inherently whole, even in the face of the separation that comes from early adaptations and survival strategies.
Resonant Touch recognizes that the path toward healing requires attunement to the complexities of early life adaptations, addressing both the visible and invisible aspects of human experience. The fundamental assumption we offer is that, on a deeper level of experience, we are always whole and complete. Even within the limitation of our adaptations, there is an underlying health at work. Every survival strategy, no matter how misaligned it may appear, is part of an inherent organizing wisdom.
Emerging from years of embodied therapeutic work, including NARM and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, these learning spaces invite presence, curiosity, and experiential exploration. Rather than offering a fixed method, Resonant Touch opens a field of relational depth where healing unfolds through subtle awareness, resonance, and trust in the natural intelligence of the moment.
The learning currently unfolds in two formats: Resonant Touch Immersions and Resonant Touch Circles. These spaces support embodied integration, shared inquiry, and intuitive attunement.
New Resonant Touch Circles may be offered in the future, creating further opportunities for ongoing exploration. For now, these two formats hold the current expression of Resonant Touch learning.
