The Resonant Touch Circle

Field of Origin and Ongoing Presence

Resonant circle 2

Field of Origin and Ongoing Presence

The Resonant Touch Circle began in 2022 with a small group of experienced practitioners who work with people in therapeutic or healing contexts. Together, we embarked on a journey that was neither predefined nor goal-oriented. At the beginning, there was no program, no formal structure—only a shared willingness to explore together, moment by moment.

To me these individuals felt not only like participants in a course but like trusted companions in a living process. One I was quietly guiding, even as its direction was still forming within me. I felt confirmed in a deeper sense I was holding that something meaningful would emerge, though I didn’t yet know its shape. Their presence contributed to a field of trust where something essential could begin to unfold.

Over time, through this ongoing shared inquiry, the basic organizing principles of the Resonant Touch approach began to take form—not as a method to apply, but as a living frame of practice that gradually revealed itself from within the relational field we were co-creating.

This circle became the emergent ground from which the Resonant Touch approach took form.

The Resonant Touch Circle reflects the relational field that supported the natural unfolding of this approach in its authentic expression. It was our shared sensitivity—and my trust in the emerging process—that allowed it to deepen. This journey was also challenging for me: it asked me to lead without a clear map, guided only by intuition and resonance. Their openness and continued engagement gave me the confidence to follow that instinct, and to allow this form to reveal itself from within.

This group continues to evolve alongside me, and I remain deeply grateful for the resonance we continue to hold and explore together.

New Resonant Touch Circles may be offered in the future, creating further opportunities for ongoing exploration. For now, these two formats hold the current expression of Resonant Touch learning.

Learning with Karima really allowed me to strengthen my trust in myself as a therapist. There is something profoundly healing in the realisation that my mere presence as a therapist is enough, that I can just BE and then see what will unfold in the shared space with the client. I am profoundly grateful for this very special learning experience and for Karma’s gentle, heartful, embodied clarity.

The training with Karima was a truly transformative experience for me. Her depth and stillness, her heartfelt presence, and her embodiment taught me a great deal in a very direct way. The exercises with colleagues, the demo sessions, and the active coaching created a deeply experiential learning environment. Through this, I not only expanded my understanding of underlying structures, but also deepened my inner attitude when it comes to supporting clients. My trust in the intelligence of the human organism and the power of an open, accepting relationship has grown significantly—along with my love for this kind of deep healing work and my humility in the face of the healing power of presence, heartfelt connection, and a deeper understanding of developmental trauma. I would wholeheartedly recommend this advanced training to anyone engaged in healing work.

Being part of Karima’s Resonant Touch Circle not only helped me integrate touch into my work and address the body in a more direct yet gentle way, but it also taught me how to truly listen—deeply, with my whole being—from a place of openness, curiosity, and trust. Karima has a unique gift for empowering others and guiding them deeper into themselves, all while holding a spacious, nonjudgmental environment for learning that goes far beyond ideas of right and wrong. She draws from her deep understanding of both NARM and biodynamic craniosacral therapy, weaving these two approaches into an incredibly powerful blend. She teaches her unique way from a place of deep heartfulness and embodied presence, showing up with authenticity and bringing her full self into the learning process as well.

The time with Karima, in sessions and in our resonant touch circle study group is extremely precious to me. Her way of teaching is so attuned and tender and yet so powerful. In our time together, I am developing and cultivating a deep and embodied trust in the undamaged core in every one of us, which helps me in my work as a therapist as well as personally. I have never experienced something in my life that made more sense for healing than Karimas approach, where the clients are treated with so much respect and humility. I enjoy learning more and more how to listen to body and mind and to witness healing processes to unfold- when they are given space, relationship and curiosity. Thank you so much.

Realizing how presence and biodynamic touch and can lead to emotional completion and ressource psychodynamic processes was as crucial as seeing how naming relational dynamics can fuel body-oriented therapy. Being part of Karima's circle reflected this dynamic in its participatory learning mode, and it was a privilege and great opportunity for deeper learning and research. Through slowness of presence and rooted embodiment in the heartspace, a possibility is offered for deeper resonance, healing, and being for ourselves and others. The method of Resonant Touch is of great value for clients as well as therapists.

The training with Karima has been very inspiring for me. The depth of her attunement capacity and embodied knowledge about the „breath of life“ as a healing force within each (human) being was somewhat contagious. With her spacious and precise presence she invited me into the mental and embodied state that would allow me to connect with it myself and support my clients’ natural movements towards health. With simple and precise principles she taught us a basic understanding of how trauma manifests in the body as well as how to invite the unfolding of these contracted places. I was reminded to effort less, stay connected to myself and allow healing to happen while being a clear guide throughout the session with my client.
Learning from and practicing with Karima has been a powerful catalyst for my growing understanding of human wholeness and innate body wisdom. Her approach offers some humble medicine of how Life Force itself can help re-organise our experiences of separation and disconnection if we attune ourselves to the relationality and tidal movements of the present moment in a 1-1 meeting point/session.
